I placed an order at Ritzcamera through MSN Eshop for a camera 7 days ago.
MSN are supposed to Email you a confirmation that you qualified for the cash back.
So far I have heard nothing.....When I log into MSN and check my order history it's empty.
I saw someone posting on FW that they got an Email confirmation from MSN the next day.....So I am a little worried there is a problem with mine.....
Has anyone else ordered?

I did an online chat with MSN...they said that I need to speak to Ritz, as they have to tell MSN about the order. I emailed Ritz, but still no repsonse.
