Anyone pick up a PSP recently?

Hey fellas, I just picked up the Gran Turismo PSP bundle off amazon and i was wonder what games you guys are currently playing. I did manage to pick up Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Resistance: Retribution and Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII for $28 shipped. Any kind of accessories you would recommend?

God of War: Chains of Olympus was really good. Haven't played a whole lot else. I own both portables and pretty much never play them. I think there's a Killzone PSP game that was pretty well received. I have a grip that basically turns it into a huge controller, but it falls off pretty easily.

The PSP does have quite a few decent games if you know what to look for.

I'm playing Disgaea 1 and 2 right now. Tactical RPGs. Quirky and difficult but a lot of fun. It's spawned two spinoffs. Prinny: Can I Really be the Hero is a platformer. Also vary hard yet fun. Disgaea Infinite is coming out next month and it's an adventure game.

Here's some other games I really like on the PSP.
-Sega Genesis Collection: It's a genesis/mega drive with about 25 games.
-Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
-Daxter: Jak & Daxter style game staring Daxter
-LocoRoco 1 & 2: colourful puzzle/platformer game
-Ace Combat X: best flight sim on the platform. Rivals the PS2 versions.
-Joanne D'Arc: Another strategy RPG
-LittleBigPlanet: It's LBP, on the PSP. Plays the same as the PS3 game.
-Patapon 1 & 2: Good rhythm games.
-Rock Band Unplugged

Actually, isn't Disgaea Infinite really a visual novel?

Dissidia is a bit of an acquired taste, but I found it to be a fun game once you got the hang of it.

IGN classifies it as a "dialogue-driven adventure game". A visual novel is a sub-genre of adventure games.

I barely even play games on my PSP slim. I normally just use it when I'm out of town and either watch TV, movies or just listen to music on it. I love it though. And with the new downloadable games, that means I don't have to lug around all these UMD discs. Everything on a memory card, just the way I like it. 🙂

If you like SRPG, those are great fun. I'm just finishing up D2 on my PSP, I'm lvl9999 with a maxed yoshi, and working on maxing out my SRS.
