Anyone pay attention to Hilary Clinton anymore?

I think Obama made a very smart and strategic move having her be Sec. of State and out of his hair. I hardly hear anything concerning her anymore, as she gets hardly any media coverage. I'm pretty sure Coni Rice got decent steady coverage but it seems like Hilary has fallen off the face of the Earth.

Am I crazy, or has anyone else noticed it too?

I think she's doing a good job of distancing herself from the current administration. Its going to burn down in a few more months, and being closely tied to Obama's failures will hurt her chances of making a run in 2012.

That's precisely why Obama put her there in the first place. To prevent a Ted Kennedyesque 1980 primary challenge.

Well, right, he doesn't want her coming back around in 2012. Carter started out just dandy in 1977.

That may be true......nut the way politics works is almost never when a President is running fo re - election does anybody in that party upset the apple cart.

I for oen believe it is way too early to be praising or belittling President Obama.
Change really does take time. Sometines you just don`t get it right the first time. It takes more than one try sometimes to get it right!!

You just have to bring her up to "stir the pot", didn't you? Everything is almost cool and quiet and you have to bring her into this topic. What a drag!

The question is not why Mr Obama offered the job but rather why did Ms Clinton take the job?
