Anyone own the Samsung A840 cell phone?

I just picked it up today, and it sounds like everyone is talking through a tunnel to me. The voices are pretty muffled, and I don't understand why. Any suggestions for a Samsung/Sprint/flip phone newb?

I've tried multiple volume levels... it gets better on lower volume, but still not great.

Nope. Newb to Sprint, Samsung, and flip phones, all in one day.

get your phone replaced by sprint and test it in the store where you bought it or return it and get a different phone.
