If anyone owns on of the Panasonic 4 in 1 e-wear devices, would you recommend it as a second digital camera/recorder/mp3 player? I have a digital camera and mp3 player, but was looking for an all in one device to eliminate taking a lot of equipment on trips. The size and price ($280) are appealing. Gateway has a similar device. Any suggestions?
 
I hear it blows, and it's cheaply made, and when I was at CC they said they get lots of returns on it. Hope that helps.
