I have an OJ d135, but know nothing of a carriage jam error. Anything on HP's site?

All in one printers are crap- period. Inkjets are only marginally better than crap. I am very sorry to hear of your loss.

Buy a laser printer and a good scanner if you still need all in one ftw. If a color laser is too expensive for you, do the math on how fast inkjet cartridges burn up- remember that laser toner lasts a year a shot in a SOHO environment, and go buy the color laser anyway.

I own the d135 but haven't had a carriage jam or carriage jam error yet (although I've had other problems with it).
