Anyone own a studio style condo?

Just wondering if anyone out there owns a studio style condo and if so are you happy with it? I've always shied away from the idea but after looking into the cost of buying in my area, it looks like that might be all I can afford at this time.

Let me know the pros and cons if you do currently or have owned a studio.
