Anyone own a staffing firm or work close to it?

I'm interested in this field. My boss did this and seems to be enjoying a moderate success with a small firm.

Identifying leads, securing good talent, engaging clients, and locking down SOWs- all seem to be pretty good work (but so is any work).

Anyone wanna chime in or message me.

A buddy of mine did this. He had maybe 20 girls that he helped arrange work for, provide security, and all they cut him in on the action. It's not a bad industry.
