About the Dimage.. I have heard that it dosent save setting when it powers down. Is that true?
 
I have the S330, and I love it. The only negative aspect is that when the low battery indicator comes on, the camera is pretty much dead. It doesn't give you a warning before the camera just dies. Other than that I have had no problems, and am very happy with the purchase overall.

Have the Elph S110, love it

Only bad points are poor low light shooting, and sometimes the autofocus gets confused and locks onto the wrong thing


Anyone in europe want to send me the rubber coated metal ixus hard case?
 
I also have the S110... its an awesome camera for what its made to do... sure it doesnt take professional quality pictures but its made to be a poing-and-shoot type of camera and it works perfectly as one...
 
I own the S330.

I have a few complaints:

- Low battery indicator is ridiculous. When you see it, your camera is dead. No other warning.
- Long time for auto-focus... it seems that when I'm taking my first shot after starting up the camera, it takes a loooooooooooong time to actually take it
- Heavy
- Bulkier than previous Elphs.

Pros:
- Still small in size
- EXCELLENT picture quality
- Very easy menu setup
- Very quick pictures during the day (without flash)
 
Used the S330 and it was clear at the edges of pictures. Good lighting but pretty poor in the dark. As for the dimage X, I think it is pretty much marketed for its size and price more than its ability. I heard the nightshots are terrible... can anyone verify this?
