Anyone own a Liteon 24x burner, need some info please

Hi
I just received my Liteon 24x and was having problems with slow burning. I decided to flash in Dos to 5S07 and the flash went well.
The problem now is, the light on the front of the burner stays on and is a red color. There is no disk in the drive. It did not stay on before I flashed.
It seems to work ok.
Does anyone else's have the steady light on (please dont say that its because the drive is a Lite-on, thanks)

its because it is a lite-on. The light is always on


Honestly you could try reflashing it. may just be a fluke. Or something might be wrong with your drive.

OEM or retail?

I heard that it is the OEMs that give people a hard time.
