He does a bit on exacly what you're talking about. It's pretty funny.

I hate it too. Stupid people who say literally when they literally mean figuratively.

Just two weeks ago, you started a thread declaring you stopped paying your bills. If you don't want folks to comment on how you spend your money, don't tell us about it.

Careful... If you point out how poor he is he'll cry to the mods and you'll get infracted.

I have a 3D tv but don't have the glasses. At some point I plan on getting them when I see a deal.

Actually just ordered 2 pair from Amazon so tomorrow I will be able to see whether I am "wowed" or not.

oh, and if your mind was "literally" blown away, your brain matter and skull fragments would literally be on Best Buy's floor right now.

come on people, can we stop with this "literally" crap right now?

Wow who put sand in your vagina this morning?

I'm not even going to think about 3D (even if my tv has the capability) until they make a tv that works from all angles without glasses.

/thread

I'm also not interested in fucking up my eyes for 3D.

went to Best Buy and they had a demo on a 55" LG 3d tv. i was expecting it to be so-so, but it literally blew my mind away. the 3d effects were better than a theater experience. i think it was the 3D Under the Sea demo. they also showed an NBA game in 3D. mind=blown. it felt like i was at the game. as soon as i get approved for a cc, i am so getting one.
Aren't all TV's 3D? I mean, they have a width, height and depth to them. That's 3 Dimensions, no?

I can understand disliking 3D based on most of what's been done with it so far, but people need to stop being morons about hating it as well. Most people I've encountered are basically watching movies that are bad to begin with and weren't shot in 3D either, and then watching it in poor conditions (crappy theaters, etc). Its a valid complaint that there's not much content worth viewing in 3D, but its not just because of 3D.

Let's be honest here, its not like non-3D movies are any better. Movie making in general has almost become a fucking joke these days. Yay, splatter on the camera, jerky cameras, excessive use of color contrast (I love teal and fake-tan orange glow soooo much ), not great lighting, and tons of other things. Its pathetic that we have movies that are decades old that make you go "wow" (detail, colors, etc) because we've gotten so accustomed to mediocre stuff. The Sound Of Music puts pretty much every mega blockbuster from the past few decades to shame in visual fidelity. If that doesn't make you go WTF then I don't know what would.

Watching the NBA finals in 3D was awesome except they have a different broadcast team doing the 3D telecast and they sucked. I hope it becomes mainstream so I can watch all the NFL and NBA games in 3D with the number 1 broadcast team. Watching sports in 3D is awesome.

No use in recommending any TV's to OP. I think he's trolling and if he's not and he's really maxed out on all his cc he couldn't afford it anyways.
I agree with the panasonic plasma statement. You buy the best 2D tv you can get and the 3D is just a bonus but luckily for me the panny plasma's are the best for both. I love mine.

the Best Buy employee told me that i cannot use an existing tv to view in 3D. something about a new chip or transmitter in the 3D tv that makes the effects much better.

I have one. I've only watched the 3d movie that came with it, Monsters vs. Aliens. It was OK I guess.

Recommend that you first get a job.
Then start to pay off your bills that you claim you stopped paying. Those bills showing non-payment should stop any new CC from coming to you

After that, then spring for the luxury toys.

the minimum payment on my cc card is $450. how do they expect me to pay that? :\
so i've had his same credit card for 15 years. this week, i maxed it out, but they allowed me to keep charging. is that legal?

i called customer service and they didn't want to help or lower my APR, so I said fffffuuuu, close my account. can they jack up my rates on a closed account?

i owe 10k on it. :( its already closed. how bad of a hit on my already dismal credit score?
i stopped paying my bills. i think i've had it with the cc companies. everything is late and strangely i just don't care anymore. what will happen next? anyone else do the same thing before?
i am glad that my financial problems amuse you. i am on the brink of disaster and bankruptcy and you are having a blast with this?! <snip>

back on topic.....what if i let it go to collection and work out a deal? my fico is probably less than 550 now (lol). i dont care about the fico score though. its just a way to keep u in debt.

Not sure what's more amusing, SandEagle's lack of job or DrPizza's lack of life  collecting all these quotes...

btw, I dont see anything wrong, I see a broke guy with no money trying to get credit to buy a state of the art TV! Isn't this what is country based on? people owning what they cant afford? It got us into the financial mess and I still get pamphlet in the mail saying "broke, bankrupt, no problem, we can get you a house with no money down..." We still help millions of lazy people who want to sit on their a$$e$ all day and drink beer with money that we do not have. We still dont want to stop outsourcing jobs to BRIC so that people who want to work can get a job, contributing to the country's economy.

So, while the country as a whole keeps borrowing money to no end that it can "NEVER" pay back, we beat up this humble ATOT neffer who is doing exactly the same thing... I find this the most amusing part of the thread.
