Most V3 2000's could usually overclock to 166, sometimes even higher up to about 170-180... it's rare for a 2000 to go any higher then that though not impossible of course.
I've got a V3 3000 up to 218MHz here.
Just overclock it in increments of 3-5MHz, and each time run a few demo,benchmarks, games to stress test it for stability, and watch that you don't get any graphical artifacts or similar.
