Anyone ordered from fticomputer.com or pagecomputer.com ??

Hey guys looking for some input here... A little over a week ago I ordered something from fticomputer.com and they have yet to even charge my atm mastercard. I have called and emailed and they have very poor sales response, I am quite saddened, I needed this item for a build, everything else I ordered got here by or before Thursday, but these people haven't even charged my card for this yet.

Anyway I'm thinking about cancelling my order and ordering the same item at pagecomputer.com. I've got two more systems to build and will need two more of this item, so I will be ordering three of which, total will be around $1500 + S & H, and I will save a lot on shipping from Page Computer. Does anyone have any experience with Page Computer? Are they fast, will I be getting my package within less than 5 business days?

Also any comments on FTIComputer would help out, as well. I won't cancel my FTI order until 1) I get some bad comments on FTI, or 2) I get some good comments for Page. Thanks!

I ordered a small item from Page Computer and they shipped quick because they operate like buy.com, Staples, Dell etc. where they have warehouses all over the country. I was very happy with them.

yeah Page Computer is looking really nice... I don't really like the fact that whenever you call FTI you are connected to a voice over that cannot speak English very well, then everyone there cannot speak English very well and you get transfered about 20 times and eventually they say they are transfering again but you get hung up on. Just doesn't feel right, you know what I'm saying? :Q
