Anyone order from techmikeny before?

Came across this page today on a recommendation but I've never heard of it. Anyone have any experience with it? Prices look to be pretty good but I'm betting (although it doesn't say) that it's refurbished or used hardware. Thoughts?

Looking at the warranty information it shows: Standard 30 Day Warranty . It's more likely than not used hardware, even refurbs tend to have a longer warranty than 30 days.

Looking at the overall view, they are a certified refurb house located in Brooklyn.
