Have their order vanish from the order status page? My order was there yesterday, but today it's not showing and after calling apple I got a message saying they aren't taking calls due to extreme call volume.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, Apple is pretty careful about keeping people very happy, just hang on a bit, they'll sort it out, or make good on it...
