10G :) Was going to do 20, but 10 is enough (and thinner).

Ahh sweet. I didn't know the 20 was fatter than the 10. Though kinda worth it for 2x the songs!

Yea. I thought they would be about that. They are so cool though, I want one :D or two :D (as long as I'm not paying)

I ordered a 10GB PC version from Apple.com on July 17th... I'm growing impatient. While I've heard from the Apple stores they are expecting them in stock tomorrow, it's not entirely certain Apple.com is or isn't going to ship today.

I just got a fat pending charge on my CC this morning. Could be a good sign. I have not used that CC since ordering the iPod.

I've had a pending charge on my card for a while now. No actual transaction showing up though, not yet anyway.

I got impatient waiting a long time ago, and just went ahead and got a 5GB apple compatible one. I user Macopener with Ephpod in Windows, and it works great.

Ipod is so nice yet so expensive, If I bought one i'd be too scared to take it anywhere might damage it or get it stolen

Hey that is cool! I didn't know they had stuff like that, thanks for the link. I think I'll pick one of those up.

It has a different file system, FAT32 vs. HFS. It uses MusicMatch software on the PC since I doubt we'll ever see "iTunes" for Windows. Other then that, exact same hardware.

I think it just has a different file system. I believe the Apple one uses HFS, and the Windows one is FAT32.

EDIT: Damn, Draco beat me to it.

Yep, Ephpod, it's great and it's free! You can also use xplay, but Ephpod is much better. You also need some type of software to allow Windows to read the Mac file system (HFS). I use MacOpener, but there are others.
