Anyone order a DVD player from Amazon.com or other online retailer?

I'm thinking of ordering a DVD player from Amazon.com as a gift, and am wondering whether online retailers typically just slap a shipping label on the DVD player box and ship it out, or if they put the DVD player box in another shipping box.

I'm hoping the latter, so there aren't any shipping labels I have to try to peel off the box.

Edit: It was shipped in a larger box, but it was boxed with some other equipment. This was a couple years ago.

I have another DVD player shipping in a few days, but I don't know if it will be boxed separately.
 
I bought a vacuum from them, they just slapped a shipping label on it! you can always pay extra for the gift wrap option.
