My Googling isn't turning up much useful info, GF had this done a few years ago, everything went well. Now she's asking can her cycle return or can the uterus wall grow back? I'm not sure why she doesn't just call her doctor, but I've been given the task of researching this for her.

What I'm finding on Google seems to be more peoples opinions and not too much facts.
