Anyone on Catalyst 11.9 having problems with their secondary display(s)?

I have an older LCD as a secondary display and ever since 11.9 it's been giving me a blank screen until I cycle power or switch between analog and digital. It still duplicates the display without issue up until W7 starts and the drivers kicks in.

Just curious if this is my LCD or vid card/driver.
