I just bought an E2180, 4GB of Geil Ram DDR2- PC6400 and had an Intel Bad Axe 2 975XBX2 board.
I have it OC'ed to 2.66 (10X266) 1.36volts
Ram set at 533 4-4-4-13 2.4volts
I have tested this for 8 hours and it it solid with Intel HT stock cooling 28C idle 52C under fulll load.
Everything else is set to default.
When I attempt to go over this it will give me a failed boot attempt and bounce me directly to bios. Resetting my ram to 800 5-5-5-18 and still will not boot past bios.
My Bios is running a build from 10/2007 looks like v2802
I don't see the Watchdog function that everyone has talked about for this board.
I have scoured a couple sites including this one for information on people running this chip mobo combo and it seems that Lopri is the only one that is running a near identical build. If you could offer some help that would be awesome or direct me to a post where this has all ready been talked about.
Please let me know if there is any additional information that I can offer.
