The doc says it's the Calahan Institute, funded out of Sandusky, OH by T.B. Calahan, an automotive manufacturer. IIRC, Tommy Boy takes place in Sandusky, OH, is about an automotive supplier named Calahan, and T.B. Calahan probably stands for Tommy Boy Calahan.

Just had a revelation watching 50 First Dates.
