Anyone notice the new lead terrorist on 24

The lead bad guy on this week's 24 is played by the same guy who is a Doci of the Ori on Stargate SG-1.

He's threatening to kill millions just like the priors of the Ori.
Looks like President Logan, Jack Bauer and CTU are being punished for not accepting Origin.
