Anyone NOT having problems with AIW Radeon in Win2k w/ VIA?

I just ordered an AIW radeon from buycomp for 215.
I'm using Whistler (AKA Windows 2000 2.0) Beta 1.
My motherboard is an MSI K7T Pro2A with a Duron 600 @ 1Ghz.

What should I expect in terms of issues/crashes/workarounds?

What's the best driver version to use?
Features I need:
1) TV tuner
2) DVD
3) TVondemand.

Thanks for your help

I don't run 2000 so I haven't had any problems, but there seems to be a lot answered here.

You are still using a Beta copy of Windows 2000?

If so, you probably will have fun.

No, it's not a beta of Windows 2000.
Whistler is a beta of the successor to Windows 2000. Which, by the way, is replacing Windows 98/ME too... BRUHAHAHAHAH. Soon, you'll ALL be using the NT kernel! 😉

Oh, btw, I quote from Rage3D:
---
Section 4 - Windows 2000

This is where the win2k information will be once we figure out what we can do for win2k !

How reassuring.

I didnt know that NT will take over. kinda sucks because I always let others now how much 98/Me sucks compared to NT/2000. But I cant talk crap anymore!

yeah I just started a thread about the AIW on NT... the card doesn't have video digitizing capabilities on NT... but it works on NT otherwise right? for 2d stuff???

I think you will have a lot of problems. I have an AIW with Win2k and its been fine since the latest drivers were installed, but with Whistler, oh no... I see lots of headaches in your future. BTW, when I pause Live TV and resume, it doesn't always go alright.

Well, the results are in:
1) Win2K: Works beautifully.

2) Whistler: Well, let's just say we should wait until Beta 2.
