Anyone not have Cable TV?

Been about a year since I've had cable...
Had it free before... not trying to pay $100/ month now.

Don't really miss it. Maybe Comedy Central and Discovery.


I've been over to peoples houses with cable and honestly, nothing really to watch.

The only cool thing I've seen is Digital Cable on Demand.
My parents have it and its sweet.


I have a monthly DVD rental pass at the video store and a fast
internet connection so I can usually watch whatever if it that important.

The only thing that would make my OTA only totally sweet would be if I could
get all the HD channels on antennea. Unfortunetely, I've tried and cant...
live too close to tall buildings in downtown.

Been w/o it since about Thanksgiving 2004. Only recently got broadband internet back (in order to get Vonage landline for my daughters to use)

I don't have it. I don't even remember half the year that my I can watch TV. It simply doesn't come to mind

I have it because DSL is not availible on my street, and it is cheaper to get Cable internet+Cable TV form comcast then jsut cable internet.

And I only watch Comedy Central, The Amazing Race (CBS), and Mythbusters.

Well, I never had cable tv since I was born. In 2001, I finally convinced my parents to order cable due 9/11 attacks that destroyed the tv networks in WTC. I had Earthlink DSL at that time and it was down for three weeks! So misery!

I live in NJ and we get network from NYC.
