I have this old beaten up Logitech Mx518 I use, nice mouse very sensitive and fits my hand perfectly. Well I decided to get a different mouse for my 2nd pc I have at home and I was looking at the G9 but I didn't want to pay that much for one. But I got a good deal on a Razer DeathAdder so I decided to give it a shot. Well it came in, looks nice, I like the blue glow to the scroll wheel and logo but for the life of me can't get used to it, heres what I dislike.
1. Software doesn't allow me to custom change sensitivity in incriments. I prefer to use 1100 dpi in most of my games but this mouse will only let you pick 800 or 1800 (or something like that can't remember off hand) but I couldn't find where you could customize a specific dpi like on my Logitech
2. It's got a really loud clicking sound compared to other mice I have used
3. The area where your thumb rests just feels really weird it being glossy and the buttons aren't positioned right for easy access.
I'm just wondering if I ordered the wrong Razer and should have gotten a different one more specific to what I like. Anyone know if theres a solution to problem 1?
