Can't take the Turnpike if you can't get on I-75...hmm. I-95 😛

Actually, it'll take forever, but take US-19 into Florida until you get to US-27, which you can take to I-75, then to the Florida Turnpike. Or, you can just take US-27 all the way to US-192 in Orlando.
EDIT: I live in Spring Hill (Tampa Bay Area), and I've got absolutely no idea on whether or not the fires block those routes off.
OR you can get off I-75 right before Valdosta and get on US-41 and stay on it until it crosses with I-75 again right past Lake City, then keep going to the Turnpike...
nother edit: the "see where else fires are burning diagram" has a picture with a caption that reads that I-75 is now closed all the way to Ocala and that portions of US-441 are closed. You're SOL, I-95 it is 😛

I75 South below Macon to Tifton. IF you can make it to Valadosta, take US84 West to Thomasville.
US 319 SW to Thomasville.
US 19 South - US27 South
a) You should be able to pick up I75 at Ocala.
b) Continue south to US98 and the take that East to FL50 to Orlando
This way you are a good 20-30 miles west of I75.

All I know is that it is soooo smokey outside here in soflo that my friends quit complaining about me smoking cigarettes for the time being.

That's too far out of the way. Take 84w to Quitman then 221S to I-10 (exit 241). 221 is a good road. 2 lane, 55-65 MPH, usually not much traffic. 53S through Madison to I 10 (exit 258) might work as well but I'm not familiar with that road. Then east on I 10 to 90E right before Live Oak (exit 275). 90E goes into I 75 just south of the blocked area (exit 427 on I 10).
