so i am moving back to new york soon. looking for 1 roommate to go apartment hunting (preferrably between the 40s and the 80s on the east side...
i work 90+ hours a week, so i would never be at my apt anyway, which it makes it awesome for the roommate. and because of the salary requirement (40 times the rent), you have to make at least 60k base salary a year in order for us to afford a 3k/month apartment.
no smokers, pets.
i know this is better suited for craigslist, but i have got one on there as well. just figured that atot is less sketchy, relatively speaking.
