Yeah, I could look them up on http://www.radio-locator.com/, but it doesn't seem to list everything; for example, I get 91.1 out of San Diego so long as I'm on the south end of Irvine (it goes away pretty much a mile north of me). I like 91.1 a lot, and I also have been listening to 95.5.

What does SoCal ATOT recommend?

And 99.1, 95.3, 105.9 if you're into hip hop.

You get all LA stations in irvine.

I tried 101.1 and it's very hit or miss... I'm not into the disco, which is what I'm tuning into about half of the time, but some of their stuff is good.

97.1 FM Talk (3-7PM Tom Leykis FTW).

95.5 KLOS

103.1 INDIE (not sure if you would get that one)

103.5/104.3/102.7/98.7/106.7 - newer crap

91.5 KUSC - Classical Radio (member supported)
89.9 KCRW - NPR and Music. I mainly listen to the NPR but tune into the music every now and then.
89.9 KPCC - NPR/News. Usually broadcasting the same NPR content as KCRW.

between KCRW and KUSC i can drive to work in the morning and feel sane. Plus if I ever want music I just throw in a CD or pull out my zune.
