Anyone live in/near Auburn, Illinois?

I'm looking at buying a box truck, and I found one that I like. Trouble is, it's in Auburn, Illinois (just outside of Springfield) and I don't know if the place that is selling it is open on Sunday. My plan is to take a bus there, buy the truck, and drive it back and be back here on time for work Monday. The place has no answering machine, and I don't know their business hours, so I don't know if this will work or not.

My question is - does anyone live near there that could go and check out the hours posted on the door for me? The place is: Mid-State Truck & Implement Co, at the junction of Route 4 and Route 104. Thanks in advance...

**EDIT: Oh yeah, there's $10 paypal in it for the first to get the answer! 😀

Thanks, but I have the phone number....they just don't have an answering machine that has the business hours on it 🙁.

Argh, this sucks....the bus to there leaves in an hour, and I don't know if I should go or not. The almighty Google has failed me.

I live in Springfield, but most likely will not make it there in time to tell you if they are open or not.

Let me know if you need help.

I'm pretty sure they're closed now, because they're not answering their phone. It doesn't matter anyway, because I'm 4 hours away from there. If the place is open Sunday, I'll bus down there tonight, buy the truck first thing in the am, and drive it back here. All I need to know is if they're open Sunday, and how late.

If you could help, that would be awesome...

eleventy billion dollars 😀

well the thing is that most likely they will not have the store hours posted on their door. do you have an address. I would have to drive about 20 minutes to get there so..

it's going to take me about 30 minutes to get there. and I had plans for tonight. Most likely they will not be open sunday since the place has like 300 people licing in auburn.

OK, that's cool...I don't want you to go 1hr+ out of your way. I was thinking there may be someone just down the road or something that would only take ~10 mins or so. Thanks for the input though, the town does seem quite small on Mapquest, so I bet you're right.

Maybe I'll take 1/2 day off Monday morning and do it.
