Anyone live by themselves in 2br+ place?

If so what do you do with the extra room? Office? Gym? Theater? Private fap spot?

Around here the difference between a 1br/2br place can be as low as $200-$300 on top of $900-$1k, and am wondering if it'd be worth it.

I live in a 2br place, but with a roommate so I don't get use of the other room.

If I had the place to myself, I'd definitely turn the extra room into an office.

Probably the same thing that I have in our basement now. My office plus a nice TV and chair. I've always required a bit of alone time and my wife doesn't really like hanging out in the basement, so that area basically became mine by default.

I just moved into a 2 bedroom last week by myself.

right now, the second bedroom is just filled with shit (random furniture, stuff to throw out, boxes that need to be unpacked, etc). my long-term plan is to put my desktop and a twin bed in there. maybe some kind of exercise equipment if there's room left over.

My 2nd bedroom is an office with a guest bed. I only have it since I'm paying 2k which is what an avg 1 bedroom would cost in NYC.

I moved into a 2BR about a month ago, right now it just has a bunch of boxes and junk in there. Eventually I'll just make it another bedroom for guests if I ever get around to it. No interest in having an office.

We used to, pre-kids. 2nd BR had a futon for guests but was primarily my office/fap palace.

I had 3 bedrooms. 1 room was the master (my room), 2nd was the hometheater/gaming room, 3rd room was the smoking room (weed obviously).

My friend bought a 3 bedroom house within the last month. One room is bedroom, another is office, and the third is a gun room.

My wife and I live in a 4BR/3BA house, I have no idea how we used to get by in our tiny little place 2BR/1BA. My daughter stays with us sometimes, but mostly it's just the two of us and the pets. There's our master BR/BA, my daughter's room and her bathroom, my wife has an art studio in one of the BR, and the fourth BR is our office. The third BA is on the main floor for general use. When we finish the basement there will be a fifth BR and fourth BA which will be a guest area.

Live in a 3 bedroom house with my wife. One bedroom is ours. The other is my wife's office. The third is our guest room.

The house also has a game room (weight room) and office (mine).
