First of all I loved trance and it's pretty much the only thing I listened to now. But I have a question for you guys who actually go to club to see their favorite DJ.

Doesn't it feel cheap or crappy since all the DJ have to do is play a record? LOL

That's like going to a concert and have them lip-synching. Except when they lip-sync at least they dance & perform something. For a Trance DJ, they just play a record and pretend like they're doing something for the next hour or so lol.

Don't get me wrong, I love above & beyond/oceanlab

But the question still hold true, all they're doing is put a record on "play" and then hop around for hours lol.

Trance was my shit back in college days of 2000-2004. Typical Sandstorm, For an angel, Better off alone, 9pm til I come, etc.

Isn't it trance 'out of style' now? Now I see kids listening to Dubstep stuff.

Trance & House are great. not a fan of Dubstep at all.

Tiesto Club Sessions on Youtube are great. 50 minute sets.

It's not trance, but I saw Kaskade last weekend and it was pretty awesome. And I'm not even a big fan. I don't care what he was actually doing, he put on a good show and the atmosphere was awesome.
