anyone have a link to the video of the asian fried fish, that is served while it's still alive (i.e. - the back half of the fish is fried and teh head part is still fresh and alive...)
 
yeah, i was in korea, sea cucumber sliced on the spot... the fish's head that had been cut up for sashimi was still moving... the freshly cut squid was quivering in the bowl... mmmm... best dinner ever

That's why I don't really like seafood.
 
that's how they show the fish is fresh

it will move for 5 minutes, even longer, after it's been sliced and prepped for food


supposed to be ultra tasty
