so good going in...so bad coming out...

Actually, it shouldn't be coming out bad. Bet you ate it at a restauarant. I make it at home for breakfast.
1) cook the chorizo
2) make some scramble eggs and then add the chorizzo
3) warm up some refried beans
4) warm up some tortillas on the stove
5) put on plate the chorrizo and eggs, beans, and a couple of tortillas.....
6) Optional...... add some salsa

enjoy!

i like them, a little in the eggs is good, put too much and you get too much grease.

yes that is true.... it needs to be moderate.... don't want to ruin it with too much.
It's like they say in cooking.... a little goes a long way! ;)

Anyone had a chori-pan? It's an Argentine thing. They slice a 3-inch long chorizo down the middle, and grill it. It's served on bread (like french bread) and smothered with "chimichurri", which is basically a spicy/tangy homemade sauce with vinegar, garlic, etc. Amazing stuff!

I love mexican sausage in my mouth. There's a special creamy sauce my local mexi restaurant likes to smother it in, it's tangy with a hint of spice. deelish!

chorizo is awesome. There's a few local mexican restaurant that are actually authentic mexican food, not silly beloved patriot tex-mex places, and they have the best chorizo. It's awesome.

Huevos con chorizo es el mejor desayuno. ¡Es muy delicioso! :)

Desafortunadamente perjudica la salud. :(
