some of the kids around here got some cheap guns. it looks like fun. though the area is littered with little red balls

Red? The only red pellet I;ve ever seen were the micro paintball ones, which caused much Jamming when I tried 'em
Usually they're yellow, afaik.
 
I have an airsoft rifle thats pritty accurate up to 60ft. Makes for shootin those pesky squirels and gophers a lot more fun than traps.
 
it can be fun at times, but you would really want to invest in high quality equipment and find a known field to play on. Its getting pretty crazy with kids getting shot by cops and what not, while playing airsoft in the neighborhood.
 
I have a springer usp and had a gas usp. The gas one was WAY better. Me and my brother don't really use them anymore. We shot a wasps nest up a couple times though. Goo Times.

yeap red.

just to bad the guns suck. not very accurate even at close range (say 15ft) heh but they spent something like $20 on them.
