Anyone lend me a Hand?

Okay got in the Asus P4P800 and 2.4c, but after using AMD for so long, Im lost in this Bios.. Can anyone with a P4P800 that has it Oc'd tell me what to change in Bios? do I use the 5% ,10% etc etc Overclock or Manual? etc etc.. Any Help would be appreciated.

Also what seems to be the best Bios for ya guys?

You NEVER want someone doing your overclocking for you.

What kind of ram do you have coupled with that 2.4c?

You can easily be looking at 3ghz.
