Anyone knows what sitz bath is?

It's sad really, I just had some dental done, and I'm taknig Hydrocodone.

The drawback with Hydrocodone is that you become consitpated which ....



anyway, i'm suppose to do sitz bath or something like that according to my friend at work. anyone knows what it is?
