I do not want a page that has ****.intel.com or ****.amd.com

Anandtech reviews and arcticles themselves are pretty good. Depends how technical you are looking for? If you want data sheets (pdf files and such) you really do need to go to the official AMD and Intel sites.
 
As I see it, 2 possibilities.

1:
Roadmaps - check the on-line news & go to the roadmaps of AMD & Intel - that includes "codenames".

2:
Ask here for explanations, if you want to. That might be easier 😀.
