Anyone know wtf happened to Jenna Jameson?

I saw her on TV and she looked absolutely horrible. Wtf happened to her face? She used to be very beautiful when she first broke into pron. Did she have some surgery that went awry? Did she start doing a lot of drugs? Is it just old age kicking in? WTF?!?!
