Anyone know why my cookies/history is being auto deleted?

I have windows vista ultimate x64. I've been using it for a long time now with no issues. All of a sudden a few days ago, my cookies/history is being auto deleted, or at least I think that's what's being deleted.

The main issue is that I'm on a bunch of forums like this one and others, and they all keep telling me to login over and over again, every few hours to be exact. This is weird because A. I never had this issue before B. I haven't changed any of the settings C. My computer is on 24/7 and it still happens.

In settings delete browser history is checked off. Also I'm using the latest version of internet explorer and have all the latest updates.

Why does it keep losing forum login data?

Yea I just cleaned out all my temporary internet files and all my temp files yesterday before I went to sleep. We will see what happens now.
 
Didn't work, forum login info still messing up, I keep having to log in over and over again even though I am clicking the "remember me" functions.
 
I recently started having the same problem. Have to sign in to my emails/ebay/forums/everything every time I restart my browser, sometimes more often. I'm on the rc of Windows 7

edit: I'm using Firefox. I thought it might be the new Microsoft Antivirus I installed.
