From what I've read, Macho is jealous a-hole. There are stories of him accusing Hogan of hitting on Lizabeth, etc. There was probably backstage politics during the era back in the old skool days of WWF(e) on who is the bigger superstar.

i have the real answer...macho is jealous... rumor has it he did a script reading for a role, but the hulkster got it instead. the movie went on to become a cinematic masterpiece and got snuffed by the academy come nomination time...but true fans of the movie knew that it was a hit before the opening credits even rolled... that movie is... Mr. Nanny

Yup. This was years ago. Something about Liz staying at Hogan's House in malibu many years ago, and Savage calling and threatening hogan.

One of my buds on AIM works out with Tito Santana and told me this story.

All this took back in 80s.

Ogg, this wasn't in the script. McMachon wasn't that creative back then.
