Wrong forum, but try Gamestop. If I read correctly, they started accepting preorders a while ago.

Try KMart....no one ever tries KMArt. I went there looking for the all ellusive PSP and they had a several of them in the middle of the day upon launch.

Good luck finding a PS3 preorder.

As for the Wii, I will not be camping out and probably won't go on release day, but I don't expect that much trouble picking on up. They are releasing a substantial more units at launch.

Toys R Us will be taking Wii preorders on the 29th.

Wii is easier to manufacture since it is based on GC platform so there shouldn't any problems like PS3. It should be widely availabe within a few weeks of launch.

FYI, Gamestop is supposed to a online preorder for the PS3 been looking out for it. Though I'm not optimistic about it. It may be more effort then it's worth. Only reason i want a ps3 now is to be a greedy bastard and flip it on ebay. I don't really care too much about the games until Assassains Creed comes out next year. Hopefully they will have shaved a few dollars off the price of the PS3 by then 🙂

The PS3 is the paper tiger with no bite. Get the Wii and don't look back. Now THAT is innovation and value.
