Anyone know where to get a pre-made SX1030 Case Window with blowholes on the window?

I see vendors that sell just the window kits for the Antec Sx1030 but i don't feel comfortable cutting my case panel by myself. Does anyone know of a place that sells the case panels premodded? I've seen some of the chieftech ones but they dont have any blowholes on the side of the window... any help would be appreciated

post your question in the cases and cooling forum that is where most of the case modders hang out. I know there was an outfit that did that type of thing can't remember the site name but will look around and see if i can come up with it.

NesuD, I am not sure about you, but isn't this the Cases and cooling forum? Anyway, Ph33zy, I forgot where it is, but they sell the actual side of the case with the window already cut and put in, so all you have to do is get it, and replace it and you will be good to go.

check out Newegg, they have the panels you want, with precut windows. Their price is $19, and you have to search for Chieftec, as they are under this brand (although same case). One thing to note, I have heard that the chieftec white color is slightly different from Antec's beige, if that matters at all.

I'm not sure how to make the nice little link thingy work so this way you'll get there for sure.
I'm going to get one for my 1030B next week. As far as the side hole goes, it's very easy. A 3" hole saw on the end of a drill is just perfect. Be sure to be careful marking and drilling the holes for the fan cause they can make the fan offset of the hole. Good luck.

Yes it is at directron! I got a Custom modded Huge Window that was 30 then added a 120mm blowhole for another $30 yes I know I paid too much and for $34 I got a cold cathode.

You have to add the mods during the purchase at the bottom. they did the mod fast had it same week. other stores quoted me 2-4 weeks.

also it looks very professional! happy with my big 'ol winda!

I Just looked a lil harder and it looks like they do not allow you to get a blowhole in the window???? sh!t they charge enough to make a profit. sorry to get your hopes up I got mine about 10 days ago must be a new switch.
