Anyone know where to get a bug?

I need a small bug to place descreetly in a room for domestic monitoring purposes. I have no idea where to look. This is for my own personal use, possibly even one small enough to get into a cell phone. Anyone with info on such things, please post or pm me.

I think there's some bugs out in my backyard. They'd probably do a pretty good job of monitoring, but I dont know how you'd get them to tell you what they saw.

I believe you can do it...if you tell them they are being monitored (yes people are stupid enough to do stuff anyways).

this is so true and so sad.... i was watching dateline or 20/20 or something like that and they had this story on two troubled brothers. and nobody could figure out why they were so troubled, the mom seemed to be distraught over the whole situation and everything. so they tell her that they're going to place cameras in the house to see if something is happening to the boys when nobody else is around. mom agrees to this and all is well. then they see her abusing the children.... yelling at them, hitting them, being terribly irrational, etc. i really don't understand how somebody can get that stupid.

Yep, nothing illegal, just domestic purposes. I need to find a way to record what is going on in a car, as that is where ____ is making the phone calls. I have plenty of damning evidence of my cause, just based on the key logged files, gleaned from the computer, which also gave me user names and pw's to emails, which gave me more damning information. :Q A cell phone was obtained a couple months ago, and she has no need to have a cell phone. I know it has racked up over 1000 hours in the last 3 months, but I suspect it's all going thru a phone card, so the full impact of the calls are not going to be on the bill, and probably not the numbers called either. The final link will be when I can ascertain what is being discussed. Frankly, I'm just trying to plot what I need to do, based on what I find. So far, I've been investigating for about a week, learned alot, but have remained calm. She has no idea I am onto it yet.

Maybe a small recorder placed under the seat of the car would work. She'd never think to look.
