When you download usbf108.exe and look in the win98 folder after extraction there is no viausb.inf folder. Theres one in the win2000 folder next to it though. What gives? Check out this link: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=32&threadid=189401
Anyone know where to find the missing .inf file in VIA's usbf108.exe???
