Anyone know where to find the H440 in green?

I've tried Micro Center, New Egg, NZXT's site, Tiger Direct and Amazon. Can't seem to find it anywhere other than from one seller on ebay who is asking almost $200.
 
I remember reading somewhere (after searching high and low for it) that the retail supply chain limits this color for sale in Canada only.

Which makes sense because it just so happens I could only find it on the NCIX Canada site. However I did not want to pay $90 for shipping so I just bought the Razer design h440.
 
The colors are limited. I think orange is limited to newegg, tigerdirect got one I think. So yeah, NCIX canada might be the only place.
