Anyone know where to find glass display cases?

Ones you would usually find in hobby shops, or most stores this day and age that need to display something but would not want it out in the open.

A better understanding or explination is a cell phone glass display. Anyone know what the exact name besides glass display is? Also if you can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Aren't there places that specifically make them ?

Have you tried a glass window place ? I'm sure they can make one for you.
It'll be pretty expensive tho I would think.

Are you opening up a cell phone store or something ?
The best place I would think to ask is a store that has them... i.e Jewerly store or something

A friend is actually opening a store up. He doesn't know where to find the displays so I'm trying to help him out.

A friend is actually opening a store up. He doesn't know where to find the displays so I'm trying to help him out.

If he can find stores that are going out of business or something he can pick those up cheap..

I would look for failing jewerly stores or something, as they have display cases through the roof.
My friend used to own a Cellphone store. I'll ask him about it sometime tomorrow, and if you dont have any info then maybe he can shed some light.

It's more like a regular display that holds baseball cards, valuables. It's usually around up to someone's hip in height, and around maybe 5' - 6' wide.

It's a countertop display.

I guess it's cuz people will buy it definitely for their business. So they can basically charge what they want when there isn't much competition.

I guess the easiest way to find a good place is go to another store and ask them to suggest a retailer or something.

You might try checking the phone book for things like:
-store furniture
-store front
-display cases
-comercial display cases
-displays
-business furniture
-furniture, business

Or, since you are probably looking for a local retailer, just start calling places that you think might have them or something similar, and ask them if they know anyone or what to look under.
