Anyone know where to find a TosLink backplate?

Basicly, I'm looking to buy something like this, to wire digital audio from my cablebox's optical out to my Audigy's digital I'n. I don't need all the other plugs, just the TosLink would be fine but I'd settle for whaterever at this point as I have searched quite a bit and found nothing like that for sale.

I did come across one for a coaxial connection which would obviously work with an adapter, but I'd much rather have a sraight optical-in.

Thank you for the reply, but I'm really looking for an optical plug right on a backplate or one that i could put on a backplate. I have seen adapters like you linked and know that they would be a solution, but not the solution I am looking for.

They may only be applicable for SB Live series cards however...

Yeah, that is just made to work for the Live cards, which I still own one but I'd much rather use my Audigy2zs. I could surely do some soldering to make that do the trick as well, but for the pirce it doesn't seem to be worth the effort. Worst part is I have the piece I'm looking for somehwere around here as I got one with an old kt400 motherboard I used about two years ago, but I'm at a loss to find the peice in my parts bins. Anyway thank you again for trying to help and for wishing me luck as well, seems I'm going to need it.
