Does anyone know where to buy Poker Chips for cheap (Pref. Walmart, KMart, Sportmart, or any other local B&M Store). Thanks for your help.

Target has em, but do yourself a favor and drop like 200 for clay chips. They're so much nicer, and much more professional. Our group will never go back.

I thought I was the only one that watched that. When they were showing that guy play with the chips I wanted to go buy some and learn how to do that stuff.

Geez that guy was smart though, college at 12, internet entrepauneur and I think he had about 400k at the end of today's poker games.

The clay ones are expensive as a mother. My group has been playing holdem for a few months now, and we're getting ready to pick up about 20 decks of nice casino cards, clay chips, a chip carousel for storage, 10 or so racks for the chips, and possibly even a table.

I bought a crapload of them at Wal Mart and Target for our poker nights. :) They're not always the right shade of colors, some of the whites are more ivory, and some of the reds are more maroon. Not a big deal though.

i've been watching too. I saw some freakin lucky lucky guys today. Especially that Moneymaker guy. had to get an 8 on the turn or the river to beat a pair of Aces and he got it. we have some cheap bicycle chips that work for us but we don't play that often.

I hate already knowing who won. It was all over the news a couple months ago. I think he was even on letterman or leno. I won't spoil it for the rest of you though.

...I liked the trick where he bounced the chip off the table and it landed back on top of his stack :)
