There are numerous photo ops like that on Highway 1 or 101 along the Northwest coast.
Drive from Seattle to San Fransisco and you will see these the entire way.

It's Cape Perpetua on the Oregon Coast between Newport and Florence. My family has a beach house in Yachats so I went there pretty frequently growing up.
