POSSIBLE SOLUTION
USDM v2.20 currently does not support the VIA MVP4 chipset. Future releases may add support (check our website for future updates). But in the mean time you can use a utility provided direct from VIA. The file is named VIAhm.zip and can be downloaded on our FTP server at
